If you need a receipt -follow the steps below:
1) Log in to your account at www.pndpocketneurodiagnostics.com
2) Click Account on the RIGHT
3) Click Account Settings (large black box on the bottom right)
4) Go to orders to see all your previous orders and print your receipt.
If you need to change your payment methods -follow the steps below:
1) Log in to your account at www.pndpocketneurodiagnostics.com
2) Click Account on the RIGHT
3) Click Account Settings (large black box on the bottom right)
4) Go to Payment to change your payment methods.
If you need a certificate of completion you will need to follow the steps below:
1) Take either the EEG or CLTM Practice test under Practice tests during your first month or two of classes.
2) Take the same practice test again at 3 months. You will repeat this process monthly until you earn 90% or better.
3) When your score is 90% or higher, send an email to pocketEEG@gmail.com stating you need a certificate of completion and I’ll verify your score and email your certificate.
