How long does my order take to ship?

Products are created every Tuesday. Frank Study Buddies take about 3-5 business days to create, seal, and dry for shipping. Expect that the products will ship out 7-10 business days after the order is placed. You will be updated with all product expectations.

Do you offer international shipping? 

International shipping is an option but requires payment upfront.

What is your return policy? 

If you are unsatisfied with your order, simply ship it back undamaged and your purchase price will be refunded. Shipping is not covered for returns.
